European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
As announced on 26 September 2023, the Austrian furniture retailer XXXLutz has announced the expansion of its German headquarters in Würzburg and the creation of 300 new jobs.
The company intends to accommodate its e-commerce, personnel, and IT departments at the expanded headquarter. Four years after opening its German headquarter, XXXLutz decided to expand the building and create space for 300 new employees. After the expansion, XXXLutz will have 700 employees at its headquarter in Würzburg, and 1100 in the Würzburg area in total.
