Swedish holding company Visionalis has filed for bankruptcy at its own request and its 100 employees are likely to lose their job. The reason for the bankruptcy is a debt that could not be paid off to another company, leading to a lack of liquidity.

Visionalis partly owns a number of other companies, including the customer loyalty company Awardits and a couple of hotels. According to the receiver, the bankruptcy of Visionalis does not affect the activities of the underlying companies.

Visionalis is a Swedish holding company which owns and manages shares, financial instruments and related activities, employing over 100 people. The final effect on employees has not yet been confirmed.
