Kaizen gaming is a Greek game tech company, operating since 2012. The company started under the "Stoiximan" brand name in Greece and now operates two brands in 12 countries: "Betano" (Portugal, Romania, Germany, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Canada, Nigeria) and "Stoiximan" (Greece, Cyprus). It employs more than 2.000 people across all the above mentioned countries.
On June 2023 the company was employing aproximately 1440 people in Greece (in Athens 1200 employees and in Thessaloniki 240). The company estimates that it will employ almost 3000 people by the end of the year 2024 across all the above countries.
The new jobs will relate mainly to new technology occupations. This increase in employment has already been started in 2023 due to the expansion of the business. The company is one of the fastest growing internationally.
According to the announcement of the company, every month the company recruits about 100-120 persons.
