Façonnable is a French brand of wearing clothes. Spanish company Pepe Jeans acquired this brand in early November 2016, this acquisition aimed to deliver synergies between these two companies. After acquisition, French brand Façonnable plans to close its headquarter located in Côte d'Azur.The administrative and marketing teams of Façonnable are relocated from France to Barcelona, Spain by Pepe Jeans. The news confirmed that this decision reduced its workforce by cutting 78 jobs in France, no data is disclosed about any increasing of jobs in Spain as of press time.
