Description
SealSkinz is a British manufacturer of waterproof accessories for outdoor sports based in UK. In 2015, the company outsourced and offshored the production in Bulgaria. However, in 2018 it decided to move it back in its old plant in King’s Lynn (UK). In so doing, the company re-employed many of the previous workers, and recruited 15 new people. The relocation was implemented to improve the supply chain effectiveness and increase the firm's organizational flexibility.
