Description

Fertiliser manufacturer Grupa Azoty has opened a new Polimery plant in Police, which will employ 800 people. The job creation will largely be for occupations in production and storage. The new plant was opened on 22 June 2023 and will manufacture polypropylene, and was established to expand the manufacturer's product range. The Polimery Police project comprises an integrated chemical complex, comprising a propylene plant, a polypropylene plant, a trans-shipment and storage terminal, logistics infrastructure and ancillary facilities. Grupa Azoty is the largest producer of fertilisers in Poland and one of the key capital groups in Europe's fertiliser and chemical industry.
