Description
Stokomani, which sells brand-name products at attractive prices from overstock, overproduction, unsold or discontinued items, has announced the construction of a new logistics centre at Verneuil-en-Halatte (Oise), with around 100 new recruits. This new building is necessary to develop the group's logistics capacity and is essential to guarantee its growth over the next fifteen to eighteen months. The 62,500m² building is currently under construction and is scheduled for completion in November 2023. It will be operational from the first quarter of 2024, and the management specifies that "it won't be long before we start recruiting people to keep it running". The recruitment for the new platform will mainly concern all logistics professions, from forklift truck drivers to order pickers and technicians.
The group employs 3,500 people in France.
A previous announcement has been recorded in the ERM database, with 300 job creations on 2018 (Stokomani-2018-FR).
