European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Trilux, a manufacturer of LED lighting, will employ 250 workers at its Świdnik factory, currently under construction. Company executives stated that the decision to open a factory in Świdnik will help to consolidate, further develop sales and increase its position in growth markets; the Trilux factory in Świdnik is to produce lighting fixtures and is expected to begin construction this summer, with recruitment to start with white-collar workers and then production workers.
Trilux was founded in 1912 in Arnsberg, Germany and has been active in Poland since 2005; the company designs and manufactures electric lighting and lighting fixtures.
