European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken), a multinational fast food chain specialising in fried chicken, announced that, thanks to its significant successes (a growth of 70% compared to 2021), it will carry out new openings in the next 20 months (of which 30% with Drive Thru service, 30% placed in food courts of shopping centres and 40% in city centres).
These openings are expected to lead to about 500 new jobs in 2023 with the goal of reaching 5,000 within five years.
