Unicoop Tirreno, a cooperative with 96 supermarkets in Tuscany, Lazio, and Umbria, is has announced plans to hire 650 workers through their website to enhance their points of sale in areas with high tourist influx. The company is offering contracts of up to 6 months with remuneration aligned with that of Unicoop Tirreno employees, including the supplementary increase and growth opportunities.
Over the past four years, the cooperative has hired and stabilised about 70 people per year on permanent contracts, with the majority of them entering through fixed-term contracts. The selection process is open to everyone, from young to adult workers, with or without experience, for all positions such as sales associates, bank tellers, and cashiers. The recruitment is being done through qualified national companies such as Adecco, Manpower, and Openjob.
Unicoop Tirreno currently employs approximately 3,500 workers, with 95% of them on indefinite contracts, and more than 70% of them are women.
