French aerospace and helicopter servicing company Airbus Helicopters has opened a Test Centre in Stryków, creating 150 new jobs. The company had been working on the development of a research centre in Stryków (Test Centre) for two years, as it has had a design office in Łódź since 2015; the Test Centre was opened on 27 April and will employ aviation specialists (the company has so far worked closely with the Technical University of Łódź).
