Description
WIP Industries, a subsidiary of the Swedish WIP Holding, specialized in the manufacturing and supply of drawer components for furniture, plans to open its plant in Campia Turzii (Cluj County). The company began the building of the new plant in March 2022, following an investment of €35.9 million in the local market, of which €17.9 million is state aid, according to data provided by the Ministry of Finances.
The plant will have a production capacity of more than 21,000 million square meters and 250 people will be hired initially. WIP Group is based in Sweden and consists of WIP Holding, WIP Industries Sweden and WIP Consulting.
