Description

Coop Alleanza 3.0 has made an agreement with labour unions for new hires of permanent contracts and apprenticeships across Italy. The cooperative group, active in the retail business, plans to employ 550 new full-time workers while 973 employees will take early retirement (423 less employees therefore expected).

The agreement also includes training opportunities and more hours for part-time employees. The expansion plan is part of Coop Alleanza 3.0's approach for generational change and efficient management of stores and supermarkets.

Additionally, the Coop Alleanza 3.0 expansion plan focuses on supporting internal workforce growth by starting 100 career paths for talented individuals. It also involves extending work hours for 800 part-time staff members, with 600 getting more hours and 200 switching to full-time positions.

The upcoming Coop Alleanza 3.0 recruitments will cover both retail locations and offices, providing many job openings at different levels in Coop supermarkets and main offices.
