Goed, a Belgian retail chain of medical and prosthetic products that is part of the wider Christian Mutualities has announced it will be dismissing 300 employees. The company will close 10 out of its 20 stores.
According to the company management, the organisation has been struggling due to several unforeseen circumstances, namely: increasing energy prices, wage indexations as well as growing competition from online retailers.
