Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
At the end of March 2023, Joysonquin Automotive Systems Poland, a company that designs and manufactures automotive components, will open a new factory that will employ 300 people. Recruitment is expected to start in late 2023/2024, but recruitment for some positions is expected to start earlier. The construction of the new factory, named 'Factory of the Future', is linked to the company's growth; the company's aim with the design of the new production line was to pursue the reduction of resources used by reaching for eco-friendly recycled raw materials.
Joysonquin is a creative company with locations in Germany, Poland, Romania, China and Mexico, manufacturing car interiors.
