Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Łukasiewicz - Poznański Instytut Technologiczny, which conducts research in the field of technology, plans to create 100 new full-time positions dedicated to specialists and experts in selected fields within which the Institute operates. Recruitment has just begun. The newly recruited people will support the teams running the existing research projects. Among the positions that will be waiting for researchers are specialists in research and design of IT solutions in artificial intelligence, systems programming and business analysts or logistics experts. The increase in employment is dictated by the growing demand for innovative solutions offered by the ukasiewicz Sie Badawcza, of which the Pozna ski Instytut Technologiczny is a part.
