Citibank, a subsidiary of Citigroup financial services company, has announced plans to create 100 new jobs in Olsztyn. The company believes that its development in Olsztyn is closely linked to the development of the city and the region, and it intends to support this growth by expanding its workforce in the area by the end of 2023. Citi has been recruiting for a number of years across a range of functions and businesses, including technology, transaction banking, anti-money laundering, onboarding new clients, markets and securities services, risk management, finance. These roles provide services to a number of Citi offices around the world
Citi is now one of the largest employers in the city. The entire capital group, consisting of two companies - Citi and Citi Handlowy - employs a total of around 1,870 people in Olsztyn.
