They have negotiated increased severance payments for laid-off workers, assurance that layoffs can only affect one of the spouses, and provisions tat those just before retirement will retain their right to wages until retirement.??Magneti Marelli is an Italian company that designs and manufactures systems, modules and high-tech components for the automotive industry.
