Description
The management of the Saunier Duval factory, which manufactures condensing boilers, water heaters, heat pumps and air-conditioning systems, has announced the recruitment of 150 operators in 2023 as well as 90 employees in support functions, which will increase the workforce from 1,100 employees to almost 1,300 by the end of the year.
The company's management plans to invest €30 million in Nantes by 2025 to strengthen the heat pump production lines. The site has set itself the target of doubling its production in 2023 to 120,000 heat pumps, and eventually to 160,000 units. These investments will enable the construction of a new 2,000 m2 building that will house a paint line by the summer of 2024.
Two previous recruitment announcements have been recorded on the ERM Database in 2022 with 130 job creations (FR-Saunier-Duval-2022) and in 2020 with 115 job creations (FR-Saunier-Duval-2020)
