Description
Orange Cyberdefense has announced the recruitment of 100 employees to strengthen its cyberdefense activity and increase its workforce from 450 to 550 employees in France by the end of the year.
The new recruits will be responsible for supporting local authorities and hospitals that have been faced with cyber attacks in recent months. The company is also developing support services to businesses through a subscription-based IT security offer. Orange is one of the service providers listed in the "cyber" section of the investment plan outlined by the French government to revive the economy after the COVID-19 crisis (Plan France Relance). €136 million have been deployed to support public organisations and hospitals.
