Description
The Thiriet group, which is specialised in the production and delivery of frozen food products, has announced that it intends to recruit at least 150 former employees of Place du Marché - Toupargel, a competitor which went bankrupt in early January with 1,900 job losses (FR-Place-du-Marché-2023).
Thiriet is proposing a priority recruitment plan for former Place du Marché employees with a dedicated telephone number. The management specifies that it is able to absorb 150 employees in the very short term and that it intends to give priority to former Place du Marché employees who have expertise in the business that is very close to that of Thiriet. The company, which has 3,000 employees, has purchased advertising in the regional and national press with this message: 'Thiriet supports the employees and customers of Place du Marché'.
