European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
State-owned Romanian company, producer of energy and main provider of ancillary services necessary in the National Energy System, Hidroelectrica announced that the organisation chart would increase by creating 280 new positions. Hidroelectrica's Supervisory Board has approved the request of the state-owned company's management to increase the organisation chart.
A number of 180 positions are at the headquarters in Bucharest, where the executive management of the state-owned company is based. The new positions are for specialized experts, economists, engineers, lawyers and for the energy supply department for domestic customers.
The company was established in 2000 and by the end of 2021 had a workforce of 3,381 persons.
