European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
SNCB-NMBS, the Belgian national railroad provider has announced it will be hiring 2400 employees throughout 2023. A wide range of profiles is sought after. Both white and blue collar workers are required, ranging from administrative personnel, train conducters, train drivers, etc. The company has been hiring significant amounts of people over the past few years, together with Infrabel 2100 people were hired throughout 2021.
At the end of April a press release was launched to state that the company is looking for an additional 800 employees.
