European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Logent Group, a Swedish logistics company, has entered into an agreement with NA-KD to establish a warehouse in Duiven, the Netherlands, creating between 100 and 150 jobs. The decision made by Logent Group to enter into such an agreement was a strategic one, the Netherlands is one of the largest logistics markets and will provide Logent Group with a good base for further growth in Europe. The warehouse will be entirely self-sufficient in energy supply.
