European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Vaillant Group is a German manufacturer of heating, cooling and hot water products, conducting sales activities and product maintenance services in Poland. Vaillant Group recently invested in launching an IT services unit in Katowice, where the company plans to employ 200 people. The launch of the Katowice unit is part of a broader strategy to develop company operations in Poland further, expanding beyond sales and product maintenance and including to the company's porfolio IT, databases, business analytics and business intelligence activities.
Valliant group started operations in Poland in the 1990s.
