Genpact Services is an American company providing services in the field of business process management for companies around the world, which recently announced plans to increase its workforce in Poland. In 2021, its Katowice Branch in Poland received financial support from Katowice Special Economic Zone to commence operations at its premises. In December 2022, the company was granted public aid in the form of a financial subsidy from the Ministry of Development and Technology, through the 'Program to support investments of significant importance for the Polish economy for the years 2011-2030'. The subsidy is designed as a means to increase the level of innovation and competitiveness of the Polish economy, which would allow the company to employ 286 new people by the end of 2023.
Genpact started operations in Poland in 2016. Currently, the company employs over 200 employees.
