European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Prosegur Security, the Prosegur division that offers physical and electronic security solutions, has inaugurated its new iSOC (Intelligent Security Operations Center) in Madrid. The development of this state-of-the-art centre has involved an investment of €5 million and will create 150 new direct jobs.
The new centre integrates various technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT) and Big Data. This state-of-the-art centre will monitor more than 25,000 customer installations and manage more than 300,000 connected devices, more than 200,000 of which are video-enabled. The inauguration of the Madrid iSOC is the main milestone of a programme of openings of 13 facilities -similar to the one in Madrid-, which will be located in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Portugal, the United States, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Singapore and Uruguay. The aim is to develop collaborative and networked work between the different geographies in which the company operates.
Prosegur has several business lines, Prosegur Security, Prosegur Cash, Prosegur Alarms, Prosegur AVOS and Cipher, which provide businesses and homes with security solutions and services. Currently, the Prosegur group has a team of around 150,000 employees.
