Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The food company Nutriset, based in Malaunay, which is specialised in the development and production of humanitarian nutritional solutions to combat the scourge of malnutrition, has announced the recruitment of 140 employees to strengthen its teams. The recruitment campaign will cover a wide range of roles with permanent, fixed-term, part-time and temporary contracts for: factory quality controllers, procurement officers, sales and operations planners, international logisticians, production team leaders, bagging line operators, maintenance technicians, forklift operators, HR managers, management controllers, system and network administrators and software engineers, among others.
