Description
German developer and manufacturer of lighting technology and electronic products for the automobile industry, HELLA, is to hire 100 people by the end of 2023. The company is further expanding its activities in software and electronics. The latest example is the new centre for development and open testing in Iasi (Iasi County). The Iasi centre initial tasks include software development and testing for 77 GHz radar sensors, a central key technology for assisted and automated driving.
For its R&D centre in Iasi, the company is looking for specialists in system engineering, software development, software testing and system testing. In 2021, the company advertised 250 new jobs for the Craiova (Dolj County) centre.
HELLA has been present in Romania since 2007 and currently employs around 4,500 people. In addition to a regional administrative center, HELLA also maintains three plants and three other development sites in Romania.
