Description
The Norwegian company for home delivery of food Oda will cut 70 jobs in its Global Group Services, or 18 % of the workforce of its 400 workers, and will merge departments to make operations more efficient. The downsizing is due to less capital investment than expected after the war in Ukraine, inflation and increased interest rates. The downsizing will mainly affect employees working on development and growth.
Despite the downsizing in Norway, Oda is expanding. The company started operating in Finland last year, and will launch its operations in Germany next year.
