European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Bricoman, a retailer specialising in materials and tools for construction and renovation, has announced it will be recruiting 180 employees for its shops in France. Bricoman, which is a subsidiary of the Adeo group, is a multi-specialist for building professionals, and has 38 shops with a total of 2,300 employees in France. The company is looking for technical advisors, shop managers and product managers. The company highlights its efforts to work in close collaboration with staff representatives, in order to continuously improve the salary policy each year. The company will provide its workforce benefits such as luncheon vouchers, paid time off for employees who wish to volunteer in charitable organisations, a cycle-to-work scheme as a means to help reduce the carbon footprint, options for part-time work, as well as teleworking at the headquarters.
