European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Thales Italia, a company operating in the security, air transport and space markets, has optimised the plant in the city of Gorgonzola (Milan), and hired 122 new employees on top of the 110 already employed at the site.
The new hires at the Gorgonzola site mainly concern 46 engineers (specialised in systems, software, and hardware), 30 new managers (mainly specialised in bids and projects operations) and 27 new managers specialised in Strategic and Operative Services.
