Description
Credem, an Italian bank belonging to the Credito Emiliano Holding group, has grown its workforce by 1,500 employees in the past five years, and an additional 100 hires will be made by the end of 2022. In particular, the new hires will take place in the branch network and in IT, organisation, innovation and development of digital solutions team. High school and university graduates, with no constraints on the type of course of study, will be needed for the sales positions. While IT positions, analysts, developers and project managers will be open to university graduates in engineering, mathematics, computer science, physics and statistics.
The company intends to confirm this hiring trend for 2023.
