Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Ubitransport, which develops information systems and associated services for the operation of public transport networks, has announced the recruitment of 100 employees in 2023. The company has made its fourth acquisition in three years by taking over Mobireport. This new subsidiary has rapidly established itself with network operators for the management of passenger information: the real-time situation of tramway stations, bus stops or stations. Ubitransport, which has eight sites in France, and 250 employees, intends to reach 350 employees within a year, most of whom will be employed by its new subsidiary Mobireport. The group intends to expand internationally and to raise new funds to ensure its growth.
