European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Euro Disney group announced in June 2022 that it would not renew the lease and will dismiss 145 employees of the Planet Hollywood restaurant, located near the entrance of the Disneyland Paris theme park, from 7 January 2023. Despite several proposals from the restaurant's management to Euro Disney, for maintaining the business in another location of the site, in November, Euro Disney has kept its decision about ending the lease, which will result in the restaurant's closure on 7 January.
