European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Wizz Air, a Hungarian low-cost airline, plans to hire 200 flight attendants in Romania by the end of 2023. The recruitment is taking place in Bucharest, Bacau, Cluj-Napoca, Craiova, Iasi, Sibiu, Botosani and Timisoara.
In Romania, Wizz Air has 28 bases and more than 2,500 flight attendants. In 2022 it advertised 100 new positions.
Wizz Air operates a fleet of 160 Airbus A320 and A321 aircraft. The company is listed on the London Stock Exchange under the abbreviation WIZZ. The company curently employs 6,500 people globally. It flies to 197 destinations in 53 countries and has 41 operational bases in 18 countries.
