Description

Donalam, a member of the AFV Beltrame Group, one of the largest producers of steel bars and special steels in Europe, has announced it will recruit more than 250 new employees at its Targoviste plant by the end of the year. Since the takeover of the Targoviste (Dambovita County) plant in the spring of this year, the number of employees has increased significantly and by the end of the year the target is to reach 730 employees.

The Romanian subsidiary of AFV Beltrame Group, Donalam, has two production facilities: the one in Calarasi, with more than 15 years of activity in the production of hot-rolled steel bars and, from February 2022, the Targoviste plant - where, this summer, the production of concrete steel was restarted.

The plant resumed its activity in June, and in order to cover production needs and to work at normal flow it needs an increase in team size. Donalam is looking for rolling operators, steelworkers, mechanics, electricians, welders, crane operators and graduates, specialists in various fields of engineering - metallurgical, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and civil. The jobs are for persons with secondary education (experience in the field is not compulsory) and graduates. Geographically, the campaign is aimed at residents of Targoviste and neighboring municipalities, but also at candidates from other areas who are willing to commute or relocate.
