Description
Fast food pizza chain Domino's Pizza has announced it will hire 10,000 people in Ireland and in the U.K. by the end of the year. Out of these, only 1,000 jobs will be created in Ireland (Domino's Pizza-2022-IE). The reason behind the recruitment is the need for staff for the upcoming busy Christmas season and the international football cup in winter. The company is looking for delivery drivers, in-store staff and pizza makers. New employees will have flexible working time and will be provided with training courses. It is no clear how many people will be recruited on permanen contract and how many on temporary contract.
Domino’s Pizza Group has 1,200 stores across the U.K. and Ireland and currently employs 35,000 staff there.
