Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The Groupe Réalités, a regional development company based in Nantes (Loire-Atlantique), has announced the recruitment of 100 employees in 2022. Of this total, 20 jobs will be created in Chartres-de-Bretagne, near Rennes (Ille-et-Vilaine), where the group has a subsidiary, Réalités Build Tech, which deals with wood module production and research and development.
The firm's expansion is part of the Groups' development strategy for 2025, envisaging a turnover of €800 million. The 100 new jobs in 2022 concern positions of responsibility as well as production profiles for all trades, supporting the development of a new production line.
