European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Movistar Prosegur Alarms, a Spanish company created by the telecommunications company Movistar and the private security services company Prosegur, is planning to hire in the coming months more than 800 professionals by the end of 2022, to strengthen its commercial area. New employees will be hired in the metropolitan regions of Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia and in communities such as Andalusia. Movistar Prosegur Alarms has managed to close the first half of 2022 with over 400,000 connections, which means doubling its total connections base in two years since its creation. In addition, Movistar Prosegur Alarms expects to close 2022 with a staff increase of over 50%, up to 3,500 people, and double the number of employees since the company was launched in March 2020.
