European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Regulatory solutions company FinTrU is to create 300 new jobs over the next five years in Letterkenny, Co Donegal. The new roles will be in areas including compliance, legal, risk and controls, operations and client authentication controls. The company has also launched a graduate recruitment programme, the Fintru Financial Services Academy.
FinTrU designs technology for investment banks to meet their regulatory obligations. It has its headquarters in Belfast, Northern Ireland and currently employs 1,000 employees worldwide in Belfast, Derry, Dublin, London, Maastricht, and New York.
