Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Logistics service provider group Denjean has announced the recruitment of around 100 employees within the group and its subsidiaries during 2022. New employees will be on permanent contracts and will be hired mainly for the logistics platforms. The group is looking for logistics operators, forklift truck drivers and order pickers, but also team leaders for the management. 50 recruitments are planned in Montbartier (Tarn-et-Garonne) and 25 others in the Toulouse area. The group also plans to hire around 20 drivers for its transport subsidiaries at the Muret, Saint-Elix-le-Château (Haute-Garonne) and Saverdun (Ariège) sites. 20 more positions will be opened in the Omni TP and Aggregates subsidiaries. Also young people on work-study contracts will join the workforce
