Description
The IT services company ITS Group has announced the recruitment of over 350 employees in 2022, to support its growth. The company, which is specialised in the acceleration of digital transformation, operated in fields such as infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, IT consulting and mobile fleet management. New employees will be recruited using various channels: co-optation, HR events, employer brand development, etc. The company announced a 'large-scale training policy' as well as 'first-rate working conditions' to strengthen its attractiveness and recruit the best talent in the market. Among the 350 recruitments, nearly 40 jobs will be for young people on work-study programmes and trainees, plus 16 new jobs will be in Belgium. Overall, 316 people on permanent employment will be hired in France.
Previous business expansions in France were recorded in the ERM database in 2017, with 300 jobs created, (ITS Group-2017-FR) and in 2019, with 400 jobs created (ITS Group-2019-FR).
