Description

Bierbaum, a German textile manufacturer, has announced plans to cut 180 jobs in Bydgoszcz following the plant closure. The reason for this is the company's decision to cease almost all bed linen production in spring 2023. German production facilities will also layoff its workforce. A company from Pakistan will take over the production lines.

Bierbaum was established in 1895. The Bierbaum Group employs over 900 people worldwide. The headquarter and main production facilities are located in Borken, Germany. Besides that, it has facilities in 5 more locations.
