The Neuman Aluminium Group is specialised in the development and the production of high-quality aluminum parts. The group - which is headquartered in Austria and wholly owned by CAG Holding (Austria) - has manufacturing plants in 10 locations within Europe, North America and Asia. The CEO Christopher M. Braathen says that "initially the group considered to move production from China back to a low-cost country in Europe. However, at the end the Austrian owner decided to repatriate production to Norway, due to Norwegian efficiency, extensive use of automation as well as the local expertise available in the industrial cluster of Raufoss (Norway)." Neuman Aluminium has invested about 50 million euros in the new factory.
