Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Cozynergy, a company specialised in the energy renovation of buildings, has announced the recruitment of 200 employees in France over the next three years, including 91 in Toulouse (Haute-Garonne). The company has already recruited 25 people, so there are still 175 positions to be filled over this three-year period. It is looking for project managers, teleconsultants, site managers, administrative roles, SEO/SEA web marketing managers and accountants. All the recruitments will be on permanent contracts.
The company is a subsidiary of the BPCE banking group and is involved in the entire energy renovation chain, from the study phase to the installation of solutions. It currently has around 100 employees and a turnover of €15 million. It aims at a strong growth in the coming years.
