The biscuit factory is looking for line drivers, production operators and maintenance technicians, who will work at weekends or in shifts during the week.
The company is having difficulties in recruitment, even though it is in full development and plans to open a new production line soon.
The company employs 300 people, 195 of whom have permanent contracts, and produces 14,800 tonnes of biscuits and pastries per year.
