Description
The commercial court of Romans-sur-Isère has pronounced the judicial liquidation of the used car parts distributor Eagle Spare Parts, whose head office was located in Châteauneuf-sur-Isère (Drôme). With this judgement, the 100 employees of the company will be made redundant. It seems that the company, created in 2018, has grown too fast. Since 2020, the founder has made major investments with the aim of quickly setting up a powerful regional integrated logistics system which was no developed as fast as planned.
