European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Global consulting company Ernst & Young (EY) has announced that it will hire 150 employees in the EY Centre of Excellence in Lodz. It is looking for business consulting, technology and project management specialists. The recruitment process has already begun and the employees will start working in July. The job offers are addressed to people who are willing to work in an international environment and require knowledge of English. Employees from outside Lodz can receive relocation allowance equal to the amount of a monthly salary. Additional benefits include psychological support and Polish classes for foreigners.
EY employs a total of 312,250 employees worldwide and has offices in over 150 countries. In Poland, it has nearly 5,000 specialists working in its offices in Warsaw, Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow, Lodz, Poznan and Wroclaw. The centre in Lodz employs 350 people.
Previous business expansion for Poland was announced in May 2018, with 750 jobs created (Ernst-and-Young-2018-PL).
