Description
The management of the 'Lactalis AOP et Terroirs' division of the Lactalis dairy group has announced that it will be recruiting 100 people per year, over the next four years. Not considering short-tem contracts and replacement for retirements, net job creation will be around 200 in four years. The division has 1,600 employees, 1,200 of whom work in the Occitanie region where most of the recruitment will take place. The sites of this division of Lactalis produce cheese as 'Roquefort', but also 'Lou Pérac' and 'Salakis' . Recruitment is mainly for production roles, but also for administrative, accounting, management control, sales and logistics positions. Since the management is having difficulties in recruiting, to be attractive, the group is offering training and development opportunities within the group in France and abroad.
